Due to the nature of our food products, LAKAY Saint Lucia does not accept returns of opened or used food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email] and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

If we determine that your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unopened products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by LAKAY Saint Lucia.

Refunds that are approved will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
