LAKAY Saint Lucia ships orders within the United States from Massachusetts.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or product launches.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated or displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. LAKAY Saint Lucia is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Contact@lakayslu.com with your order number so we can assist you.

For wholesale or bulk orders, shipping or local delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately before the order is finalized.
